Warranty's for Computers

All new pc'c sold at bytesite come with a 1 year warranty on parts. We have an extended warranty option on all new PC's and Laptop's. United Electrical provide this service which is a 3 year onsite warranty. We try to stock LCD monitors that have a 3 year manufacture warranty. All second hand pc's come with a 30 day return to base warranty.

Warranty for Software

Unfortunately due to the reliability of Microsoft Windows and the way current viruses react with the software, no software is covered under any warranty. Any software problem can be taked up with the company that produced the software. If you are not sure we can help to point you in the right direction.
